Thousands of Brits travel to Turkey for cosmetic surgery each year. It's often cheaper, and quicker than private care in the UK. But, that low cost can come with little to no aftercare. 

The risk of a wound not healing, and of subsequent infection, is very real. ITV News' Geraint Vincent has met people who are learning to live with lifechanging injuries.
