This is just a quick video to show you my personal results from doing those exercises in a previous video I did focusing on the abs lower and upper and the booty. I didn’t do it everyday like I said I get lazy and need to motivate myself but from what I did I think it firmed up my stomach and made my butt firmer and a bit rounder so I will continue and I also have started to do a few other exercises that I will make a video on shortly.
