EURASIAN HOBBY | FALCO SUBBUTEO
The falcon chick looks like it's crying when it stays alone in the nest during the rain. while the day is getting later and the adult male has not yet brought prey to the nest. finally the mother has to leave the nest to help the male find prey. The chick seems enthusiastic about playing alone in the nest, which is now about 19 days old. the chick seems to be practicing its wings and imagining catching prey in the nest, and it is really enjoying its time. but the chick's enthusiasm changes when it starts to rain. it seems worried about itself to face the rain without the protection of its mother.
as is usually the case with young birds, they hate the rain. they will be cold without the protection of their parents. usually the mother bird of prey will protect them with her wings or sit on them.
please watch the video so that you know and learn how bird chicks behave in rainy conditions
