This cellar hole has never been metal detected and it was loaded with 300 years of relics and coins. There was so much stuff coming out of the ground I could barely keep up filming ! We got a new spot to do some metal detecting relic hunting and had no idea the place was going to be this good. Within minutes a button, spoon and KG III coin came out of the ground with Waynos and the Teknetiks G2+ so we knew there was some possibilities here. Dame with the Tekentics T2 found 3 coins and one was silver ! DC with the Fisher F19 was up 14 buttons, a Skelton key, to tap and bung plug. We spent several hours only working around the cellar hole and rock walls in the living space and did not even have to struggle to hear signals. This old abandoned site goes back to the 1700s and must have been a big New England farm in the 1800s. Even some of the Indian head pennies were from the early 1900's so who knows? Metal detecting old deserted places like this can be difficult at times but not this trip. It was really easy to find the relics and coins and some of them were actually right on the surface in the leaves.
