Gabby has been spending more time at the nest lately and last night came down to sleep. She woke up in the morning and looked around for Beau. He drops down to the nest and she is cooing softly as he does some nest work around her. A few minutes later, they will mate on the nest (looked successful!) and then Gabby flew to LOP. Cam 1 and Cam 4 views.
Eggs are typically laid between 510 days after successful copulation. Last Friday Nov 29th we saw a successful mating on the nest and again today so eggs could be laid anytime between now and Dec 16th. And we don't see what they do away from the cams and nest tree! Gabby's behavior is showing signs she is in her fertile period so love is in the air! Thank you for watching!
