Native Plant Restoration at Sonoma County Regional Parks

Replacing nonnative plants with native species is essential for supporting wildlife, recreation and reducing the impacts of climate change. Thanks to Measure M – Parks for All, the Sonoma County Regional Parks have made significant progress on largescale restoration at Hood Mountain Regional Park and Preserve and Doran Regional Park. Partnering with the Laguna Foundation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Native Plant Society their projects improve park ecosystems.
