More on the Weather Impact Alert in the Northeast Ohio area.
Lakeeffect snow will continue this evening before becoming more focused out towards Ashtabula County. Travel will be slow this evening as the snow combined with winds gusting over 30 mph will mean low visibility, blowing, and drifting. Plan on extra time if you have to head out this evening or overnight. There is the potential for areas that have been wet or slushy for most of the day to freeze, so use caution.
Any lingering snow into Friday will be less abundant with the primary snowbelt being the primary focus. Still cold with temperatures trying to hit 30.
