Hi, here is an in depth : Colourful Eyeshadow Tutorial for Beginners using the Jawbreaker Palette from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I created this Pastel Eyeshadow makeup tutorial for beginners. This is also a Jawbreaker Palette tutorial full of colourful eyeshadow!

Here are some tips for applying colourful eyeshadow!

1. Don’t be afraid of colour.

2. I like to pack the colour on first to lay that colour down, then blend the edges to soften it.

3. For beginners I recommend looking at the colour wheel so you can easily pick colours blend together.

4. There is no right or wrong, if you stuff up, it’s okay, just wipe it off and start again.

5. For beginners, I also recommend you apply your eye makeup first just in case you want to wipe it off and start again you don’t have to reapply your face makeup only your eye makeup. So I personally apply my lid makeup, then my face makeup, then my lower lash line makeup.

6. Be careful with layering too many different colours, it will turn muddy.

7. When it comes to brushes, make sure you are using a fresh brush for each new colour you apply. I then like to use light pressure to blend to two colours together to create a soft gradient effect.
