Ingredients
All purpose flour 240g (2 cups)
Water 480ml (2 cups)
Sugar 5g (1 tsp)
Salt 5g (1 tsp)
Cooking oil 1tbsp
TIPS
Heat the pan over mediumlow heat, close to medium, to prepare for creating larger bubbles. Once you're ready to achieve bigger bubbles, increase the heat to medium.
After cooking, cover the flatbread with a cloth. When it's all done, the inside of the flatbread will also be delightfully soft.
