動畫導演王世偉曾提出疑問「為什麼法國動畫的線條、構圖、用色都那麼美呢」他在巴黎解開了困惑一個好的藝術、一個好的畫面其實都是生活的映照每日生活經驗都是藝術的養分這座城市、城市交通、建築都是一切創作的源起。

近期作品「水生相」360度環形投影動畫讓觀展者走入藝術場域成為動畫角色之一熟悉的台北生活王世偉用最熟悉的味道創作出屬於台灣台北在地的藝術。一座城市、一座花園都是活的藝術在我們眼裡不美觀的大樓與鐵窗竟是外國人眼裡科幻電影的夢幻場景。

我們總是期待自己的生活變得更好、城市變得更美但我們不該讓想像只停留在期待這就是我們所生活的城市而身在其中的每個人正是城市中的美景。



Every artist has his or her own way to seek inspiration. For acclaimed animation director Vick Wang, creative thinking doesn't require one to travel too far; There are sources of creative elements everywhere here in Taipei. Vick's latest 3D animation project, Panorama of Inner Journey, turns familiar scenes and objects of Taipei into an exotic visual experience. Here, Vick shares his views on creativity, and how we are all part of this beautiful artistry. 於電腦動畫領域擁有豐富的資歷參與過許多跨國際合作的電影及動畫影片的製作。2004年擔任《MuMuHug》3D動畫影集總導演共獲得法國安錫動畫影展競賽片等二十多項國際影展肯定。其導演與監製作品「再探飛鼠部落」、「吉娃斯愛科學」原創動畫影集前後獲得二座金鐘獎最佳動畫節目獎。近期作品還包括「水生相」360度環形投影動畫於國立台灣美術館展出動畫裝置作品「百花綺園」並受邀於國立故宮博物院展出。目前正執導製作「LAQI 妖怪森林」動畫電影。



Vick Wang is an acclaimed animation director with an extensive background in the field of computer animation. For the past 20 years, he has been actively involved in the international CGI film and commercial production scene, collaborating with many production companies globally. More recently, Vick has launched his own creative studio, focusing on original animation content and interactive panoramic animation. His 3D interactive projects have been exhibited at galleries such as Taiwan Art Museum and the National Palace Museum.
