Isn't it amazing how although Zac utilises Janets physical body, his very essence is palpable and his unmistakable energy beams though the ether to us as we watch! The concept of quantum entanglement comes to mind, especially as he can be with each and every one of us as we watch or listen to his important transmission and our own energy can be lifted as we intend to entrain to his higher frequency,remember to set your intention!

'Now this is the 'Guide For The Future' part, as we were saying the manual! Things have changed within you now to give you greater levels of mastery of these things.' Zac

Zac shares a powerful new mantra, I will let him tell you all about it! He advises us to put our hand on our heart and to say it many, many times during the day. Especially during the more intense times. I think it will bring great solace and presence as you connect with your heart and this high vibrational intention each time you use it.

I ask: Zac with your green light directive that you spoke about last time, are you able to give more information how we as a collective can help manifest the highest outcome for Humanity's physical reality during these peak energies, these energies that are coming over the next three months?

'These months ahead, as I said, you know, very, very strong energy coming through and therefore there is quite a lot of pressure on your physical body.' Zac
