This incredible steak comes from the Mogami Wagyu farm in Yamagata Prefecture, owned by Mr. Ryo, who has perfected the art of Wagyu beef with his 4,000 Japanese Black Cattle over generations. Unlike Kobe, Mogami Wagyu is known for its rich flavor and less heavy fat.
