‣ Side plank bottom knee to chest 10 seconds
‣ Side plank raises

2 sets with 1012 sec holds
Upper body crunched hands pushing on ground max tension
‣ Feet 6 inches above ground

Once done with all 4 exercises, rest 1 min.

‣ Split squat jumps 5 reps
‣ Pullups until failure
