Hip flexor tightness (and the Left AIC pattern) occurs because of improper and unbalanced sensory processing occurring in the brain. You can not stretch your way out of this situation. The hip flexors will relax when your brain begins to resense the ground and visual space through reafferentation.

As someone who lived with chronic pain for many years of my life, I know how debilitating and isolating it can be. But I also know it can be resolved.
