In recent months, the United States has faced multiple natural disasters, causing the displacement of millions of people nationwide. FEAM houses have been sold at auctions for several years now but recently the hype in the news is about shortages with FEMA and the government. I just don't understand why FEAM decided to sell these still new houses at auctions if they are now desperately needed.

These are considered used but as you can tell its still new. Some have come in that were lived in at some disaster areas for a short period of time.
