His little trill is so cute! Kodi is usually a light sleeper. He reacts to every little noise, movement, light change, anything. Shorty, on the other hand, could sleep through an earthquake. So, to be perfectly honest, I was actually a little concerned that he wasn't waking up when he was asleep on my lap. I had pushed my chair out from my desk, which is usually his cue to jump down. But so far he hadn't woken up. So I thought I'd just gently tap his paw to wake him since he was sleeping so soundly. I had to do it again and again before he started to react. And when he opened his eyes, I think he even surprised himself how deeply he was sleeping, haha.
