In this video, Tommy and Mike explain the difference between a Sway bar and a Trac Bar.

Trac (track) bars, also known as Panhard bars, control sidetoside movement, which is really horizontal, not vertical. Track bars control the yaw (vertical axis)

Sway Bars, correctly called AntiSway bars, reduce lean or sway, or roll. sway bars control the roll (longitudinal axis).
