as the last weeks of summer are here, and as someone who loves summer produce I wanted to film a what I eat in a week video with as many summer recipes as I could think of as always prioritizing high protein meals while keeping a balance with eating out hope you got some inspo from these recipes!

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: 2 eggs cramble w/ chives and feta + seedy bread, cream cheese, and tomatoes/peaches
Lunch: chicken thighs w/ raw carrot salad
Raw Carrot Salad
45 carrots
2 Green onions
1.5 tbs sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
lime juice to taste
Grated garlic and ginger
sesame seeds
THURSDAY
Breakfast: protein pancake mix, milk, cherries, sugar, yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest
Lunch: farro, pesto, tomatoes, crispy greens, almonds, red wine vinaigrette, watermelon, chicken
Dinner: bell pepper, onion, steak, taco seasoning, black beans, rice, cheese, parsley, lime juice, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, sour cream
FRIDAY
Breakfast: polenta, cheese, 7 minute eggs, turkey bacon, feta, chives, hot honey
Lunch: red onion, vinegar, salt, asparagus, boiled potatoes, red wine vinaigrette, tomatoes, tuna

SATURDAY
Breakfast: kimchi, leftover rice, tamari/soy sauce, eggs, green onion, sesame oil
Lunch: tomatoes, sourdough, olive oil, garlic, sharp cheddar, chives, salt & pepper
SUNDAY
Breakfast: cherries, maple syrup, greek yogurt
Dinner: japanese sweet potato, steak, onion salt, crispy greens, red wine vin, tomatoes, burrata, hot honey
