What Does a Great Industrial Design Portfolio Look Like? A Recruiter's Perspective on Folios

People constantly ask other designers for feedback on their portfolio. But what about the recruiter's perspective? When you're applying for a job, it's more likely that your portfolio will pass through the hands of a nondesigner's hands before a designer ever sees it. You have to impress a nontechnical person first. Understanding what a recruiiter is looking for in a portfolio is just as important as what a designer is looking for.
