Throughout the history of the NFL there have only been 9 running backs to rush for 20 or more touchdowns in a single season. The reason this accomplishment is so hard in the current NFL is that teams are a lot more pass heavy compared to the run. Some of the best running backs of all time aren't even on this list today, but I am sure you will recognize most of these football players in one way or another!
