Halloween is almost here!! We make lots of DIY Halloween Props, decorations, and fun stuff this time of year and we decided to kick off the 2021 Halloween season with a fun project for our cat, Oberon! He's an 8month old Sphynx with a particular proclivity for destruction of personal property. We needed to make a scratching post and got inspired to make a combo DIY cat house and cat scratching post/cat tree! Since it's a giant halloween jackolantern, it will double perfectly as a nice piece of DIY Halloween décor.

DIY Halloween Giant JackoLanterns are AWESOME! You could repurpose this build to make the jackolantern only and leave out all the rope, etc. and just have yourself a great Halloween Prop.

If you'd like to make your very own DIY halloween giant jackolantern or need a DIY Cat House or diy cat bed, this video will get you a long ways towards being inspired to making your own at home.
