Most vermicomposting aka worm composting is done in containers stored in a cool dry place. This season, one of our garden friends decided to do worm composting in raised beds. It is a great way to aerate and enrich your garden's soil while the earthworms also feed on your organic waste turning kitchen scraps into worm castings to be added to your soil.
