Learning to better understand dogs is the key to helping save them and to keeping them from ending up in animal shelters in the first place. I have taught at animal shelters for most of my career as a dog trainer and have handled most every breed and temperament of dogs. There are few people who could match my experience with shelter dogs. It was and remains my goal to help people better understand dogs and to save more dogs from the shelters.
