Tropical Storm Debby has entered the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to rapidly intensify or strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall somewhere over Florida's Big Bend region. At of 2PM, it was 130 miles westsouthwest of Tampa, and 160 miles southsouthwest of Cedar Key, Florida. It's moving northnorthwest at 13 mph.
