This morning, after spending time with the kitties downstairs, Todd and I went upstairs, where he asked for a brushing. I gave it to him, and as soon as we were done, he asked for another brushing. I told him he would have to wait a bit. Knowing it was morning, he asked if he could have one in the afternoon, showing he knew what time of day came next.

Todd is a 7yearold neutered male cat at the time of this video. Todd and his dad have been learning to communicate with each other since May of 2022 with the help of recordable buttons. We aim to let Todd express himself and tell me his wants and needs. Currently, Todd has 59 words on his soundboard. This channel is dedicated to Todd learning to “talk”.
