You can train your brain just the same as you can train your muscles. In this video, I detail a brain training program inspired by Batman/Bruce Wayne, and I explore the types of brain training that actually work.

While not many brain training exercises are backed by science, options that do work include: the dual nback test, exercises for increasing cognitive processing speed, meditation, and more. I also explore some other interesting concepts such as image streaming, productive meditation, thought experiments, nootropics, and others.

It's a bit of fun, but ultimately the take home lesson is this: exercise your brain!
