In this video I go through the 10 things I wish, I had known before getting a cockapoo puppy. This includes not believing everything you read online, how much cockapoo's love to dig, and how much grooming is needed for doodle mixes like Millie.

This video was filmed when Millie was 6 months old. Since then, she has calmed down dramatically as we continue to work on her training. The facts mentioned in the video are based on research about cockapoos, and from speaking with other cockapoo owners on Facebook and Instagram. As each dog is different, they may not all have the characteristics mentioned, also some behaviour can be prevented with the correct training.

Information on Millie:
Millie is an F1 miniature cockapoo, born on the 27th of June 2020. In this video she is 1 year old. She weighs 7.5kg, therefore on the smaller side of the cockapoo breed. Millie is hypoallergenic, and does not malt.
