Throughout the early parts of Troy Tulowitzki's career there were not many players close to his level. Because of this, he was given one of the largest contracts in MLB history to lock him up through 2020, aka his age 35 season. But following injury after injury after injury, he decided to retire before his mega extension was up. Leaving us all wondering where his career would lie if not for the tragic injuries that derailed his Hall of Fame career.
