In today's spiritual talk video I speak about the importance of remaining grounded. This is when you are fully present with whatever is happening in your own life and also in the world around you.

Even if you feel fear, anger or discontent, the important thing is to feel those emotions fully and allow them to coexist within you. It is like you are creating a space for these emotions to coexist in your body rather than resist them. The more we resist an emotion the stronger its hold on you so feel every emotion fully and shine your compassion and love on it. This is how it will slowly weaken and fade away.

I also speak about the difference between old souls and young souls and why everything is perfect just the way it is.

We live in a time where people are finally understanding we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. We are not this body and our human experience is only temporary. No one every gets left behind because we are all God.
