For the first time in 20 years, rain has fallen in sufficient quantities across the north Angolan highlands. Until this point, the fight for survival has been more brutal than ever. The Boteti river has finally seen enough rainfall to transform into proper life support for the animals surrounding it. This extraordinary dramatic change has been captured on camera as it brings fresh water and life to its resident animals.
