Texas Cichlid (Herichthys cyanoguttatus) Spawn & Fry Development. Their tank measures a pH of ~7.8 (API chemical test kit) and water temperature varies between 7477 degrees Fahrenheit (room temperature). The two were collected from different locations along the San Marcos River (San Marcos, Texas). The fry are now being fed a varied diet to include frozen, decapsulated BBS (baby brine shrimp) from Darby's Tropicals.
