TECNO Spark 5 Pro 'seabed blue' unboxing and review. The Pro variant of the Spark 5 isn't is successor and in fact, could have been released to the market alongside the vanilla spark 5 because of its a total 1:1 physical copy. On the inside, Spark 5 Pro has a better primary camera, 16MP vs 13MP on the vanilla spark5 , the camera software also comes with Slomo, which isn't on the Spark 5. I compared the camera side by side to see if there are big or small improvements between them. Not surprising to find that the camera improvements are small. The 1.8GHZ Helio A25 OctaCore CPU on the Spark5 Pro is of course better than the Helio A22 QuadCore CPU, clocked at 2.0GHZ on the vanilla Spark 5, but not by a whole lot. They spot the same 5000mAh battery but the Spark 5 lasts longer because of its underpowered chip. For all intents and purposes, the Spark 5 Pro offers better value for money than the spark 5 and the 128GB variant seems unusual but I think it's meant for specific kinds of people i.e people who would never come close to taking advantage of a much powerful midrange chipset but still want a lot of storage space. In deciding whether to buy a low end phone with a lot of storage or a midrange phone with less storage, it's better to follow your actual smartphone habits/needs as an individual.
