Taping Education Series No.2: TFCC Wrist Injuries
If you're a Physio or a patient who has or had a TFCC injury then this is for you. If you still have wrist pain with load bearing, pressing or general lifting after a TFCC injury and the ulnar is sticking up then this might be a piece to the puzzle. Injuries TFCC are difficult one to get better and taping certianly helps in the short to medium term in stabilising the wrist and radioulnar joint whilst the TFCC heals.
