One of those employees is Tanner, star of the hit Netflix series "Love on the Spectrum." The Shepherd Hotel owner Rick jokes that Tanner's fans have swarmed the hotel looking for him since his appearance on the show, and Tanner thanks Rick for giving him, and other people on the spectrum, an opportunity to find work and become financially independent.
