Hurricane Helene is expected to hit Florida tonight with Cat 4 winds. The nest is not in the direct line of the hurricane's path but winds are very strong! Both M15 & F23 come to the nest and continue to do nestorations bringing in sticks & moss in the face of this storm!

M15 flies in to the nest first with a big stick and he has a tough time trying to place it in the wind!. M15 decides to hunker down and lie in the nest for 40 minutes. He stands in the nest and looks over his shoulder and here comes F23 with moss! She lands on the nest and M15 helps by taking the moss and dragging it over the log! M15 then goes to work on the sticks that are all in disarray. F23 shields herself from the wind under M15! Then they both stay on the nest side by side riding out the the winds!

After awhile F23 starts to move a stick and the wind picks up and blows the stick into M15! M grabs the stick and gets it off him and to the side. M15 will fly up to the treetop and F23 will fly off the nest and out of view! Stay safe M15 & F23 and all the residents in the path of the hurricane! Thank you for watching!
