After sleeping in the nest last night, E22 remained in the pasture area until 9:30am, vocalizing their presence to the world and watchful for a food opportunity whether a lucky catch by him/herself or a food delivery to the nest. E22 flew back and forth from the nest tree to the office oak and also perched in the church snag briefly. Many of the smaller birds "pestered" E22 as he/she perched in the different trees but E22 took it all in stride. As I was saying goodbye to E22, he/she spied Dad/M15 across the road and flew there to most likely get a food drop... I saw M15 perched on top of a tall pine and did not notice E22 arriving to "talk" to Dad until I was editing my footage. Shortly after E22 arrived below M15, M15 flew east. The E's are turning 18 weeks old this week. E22 is 121 days old. E21 was last seen April 29th. Harriet was last seen February 2nd. "I love you Mom" and miss you terribly.
