Video opens with F23 incubating from the overnight. M15 arrives on the outer attic arch, and moves to the attic. He drops to the nest for the morning incubation switch. F23 flies to the CSS (church side snag) for her morning preening session. M15 cares for the precious eggs back at the nest. F23 returns to the attic, and CamOps provides closeups views.

M15 moves to the veranda, then the outer branch. F23 drops to the nest for the incubation switch. M15 flies to the CSS and is pestered by crows. This looks like it will be a season of crows pestering. There are more in the pasture area than I have seen since Hurricane Ian hit in September 2022. The crows have been active, and no longer have the owls nesting close by to focus their pestering on. M15 flies to the pond oak and snaps a branch, shown in slomo. He heads back to the nest to work his magic with the stick. The stick trick works, and we have an incubation switch, F23 to M15. M15 cares for his eggs, and F23 flies to the FDS (front drive snag) before leaving for her break.

Later, F23 returns from her break, landing on the treetop branch. M15 joins F23 for bonding (mating outside breeding/fertile season). F23 drops to the nest for the incubation switch, and M15 leaves for his break. Time stamps below, if interested. Click on any time stamp to advance to that part.
