In this video I go through some simple tips which will help instantly improve your balance whilst stand up paddle boarding. This is one of the most common issues raised by beginners and even if you are a more experienced paddle boarder you may learn a few pointers from watching this video ‍♂

10 balance tips are:

Buy the correct board
Inflate your SUP to the correct psi
Choose suitable conditions
Correct positioning
Wide base of support (stance)
Low centre of gravity
Get used to the 'wobble' on your SUP
Put your paddle in the water to regain balance
Dont be scared of falling in
Have fun, stay young!

Ultimately, your balance will improve over time with practise!
