The California Hotel served up my favorite dish of 2023 with the oxtail soup at the Market Street Cafe but this year, I'm trying out their Redwood Steakhouse. I've seen very little on the Redwood Steakhouse and while Fremont Street and downtown Las Vegas have some very well known steakhouses like Oscar's and Barry's Downtown Prime, the Redwood Steakhouse piqued my interest to try.
