Converting the Subaru 6MT six speed to two wheel drive, using the front differential to run the rear wheels in the 818.
This is my Factory Five Racing 818S, dubbed a 818 SRX, derived from using the 818R aero and a rotary engine from a RX7. It's a midengine car using a Bridgeported JDM 13BREW (series 7) with a Borg Warner 8374 single turbo mated to a '99 Subaru STI RA 5 speed gearbox driving the rear wheels. The engine is tuned with a AEM Infinity ECU and uses a AEM CD7 dash. The body has been widened approximately 4" in the back and 2.5" in the front and runs sticky 245 & 305 Nitto NT01 tires. While the car is street legal and will be driven on the street, it was built with the intention of being mainly for track use, namely road racing, time attack, auto x, hill climb, etc.
While my uploads are not always frequent, I do my best to document all the major changes and upgrades. Please Like, Subscribe, and comment if anything I'm doing interests you.
