Far from any coast, fisherman here in Sigiriya rely on the productive lakes. Here they can harvest talapia year round, but be cautious of the lakes local crocodilian residents.
This series focus' on revealing the traditional methods behind catching fresh fish and seafood in Sri Lanka, and then how it is cooked.
