If you have instability in the spine caused by Spondylolisthesis or degenerative disc disease, the Spinal Fusion surgery will fix the problem BUT it will not fix the the root cause of the problem.
The outcome of the surgery is largely dependent of the REHAB process and how the body is treated after the surgery.
In this video, I will share with you my rehab plan and process that I would follow post the spinal fusion surgery, including tips on how you can prepare for it before the surgery itself.
