Dani has always had an interest in growing her own food. She worked hard to have a garden no matter where she was, but when life came at her in full force she found herself sleeping in her car at Walmart. Dani says she is looking for security, “I don’t want anyone to tell me that I have to leave, again.” So, with the help of family, she bought a run down property on the outskirts of town. She is still working through her transition but her plans are beginning to come to fruition with a small garden and a few goats.
