Shaving A Matted Persian Cat

Himalayan Persian Cat, Fendi arrived today for a clip. After assessing her coat, it was clear to see her coat was severely matted particularly around her ears, neck, chin and then down her body and all the usual places. It was a long job because of the severity of the pelts around her head, but she knew we were helping her and she felt so much better once they were removed from her.

Our longhaired cats do take a lot of looking after, but if you make it a habit every day for just a few minutes, then it will save your cat from getting matted.
