How much weight do we need to compensate for a full vs empty Aluminum Alloy SCUBA tank such that we do not float away at the end of a dive but rather come up slowly at a safe rate of ascent, ideally making a safety stop at 20 15 ft for 3 minutes.
Also we look at the Steel tank and the buoyancy of the steel tank full vs empty.
