Sciatic nerve flossing is a really great exercise to help with reducing neural tension in the legs and lower back, those with ongoing disc bulge or herniation problems with sciatica and those long term chronic nerve entrapment issues.
Remember, you're not trying to 'stretch the nerve longer' nor are you trying to stretch the hamstrings. Always be careful with how intense you do these exercises less is usually better to start with.
