The regional governor in the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv has confirmed three Russian missiles struck the city on Wednesday morning.
At least 13 people were reportedly killed, 60 injured and critical infrastructures in the city was damaged.
This is the latest Russian missile strike on cities across the Ukraine.
