Don’t worry, we’re still very much so in the middle of vacuum tube or bust month here at Usagi Electric. But, in order to take both the UE1 and Bendix G15 further, we need to be able to create new paper tapes. The UE1 needs a specific pattern for testing, as I think we have an alignment issue, and the G15 needs new programs so we can push the system harder and test more instructions.
That’s where this Facit 4070 paper tape punch comes in. It’s a little worse for wear, but if we can get it going, it’s going to solve a whole lot of problems!
