In this video we’re going to show you how to set up an effective resistance band leg extension!

In my opinion, leg extensions are one of the best exercises you can do to fully engage the quads! Typically, leg extensions are done using a machine and quite frankly, it’s challenging to execute them without one.

We’ve put together a method utilizing both a 41inch and 13inch resistance band that we think you’re going to like! This setup is simple and keeps the band in the optimal position throughout the range of motion.

All you need to set up this exercise is a 41inch resistance band, 13inch resistance band, low anchor, and a bench/chair. So basically, you can set this one up just about anywhere!
