The UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) is one of the toughest exams in the country. Every year, many aspirants prepare for it, but only a few make it to the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS). One of those successful individuals is Anil Swarup, who dedicated 38 years of his life to Indian Bureaucracy.
